HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER


Order status updates are for checking the location and delivery of new orders or replacement parts.


  1. Log in to “My Account”.
  2. Click “Order History”.
  3. On your order history screen, click the view icon to the right of “Date Added” for the order you want to view.
  4. Under Order Details, if there is a tracking number, click the tracking number to view live tracking from FedEx.
